Acorah of course is no stranger to controversy or criticism, and as a relative newbie to the world of social media, it has probably come as a bit of a shock to him.
My advice to Derek Acorah is either to ignore (block) the cyber bullys account, or perhaps grow a pair and admit that what you do is no more than an "act", that it is not real, and you do not really talk to the dead. I think if you did do that then perhaps so called cyber bullies like @DerekAfraudstah would find something better to do with their time.

Hey Derek, I shouldn't worry. I've looked through that twitter account and there's nothing on there as "sadistic and cruel" as lying to bereaved and vulnerable people and telling them that you're in contact with their recently deceased relatives when in reality you're using cheap Victorian parlour tricks to deceive them.
In fact the guy isn't abusing you at all. Nothing abusive. Sure he's mocking you, but mainly through your own performances on youtube. "Hoist by your own petard" is the phrase.
He's also asking questions that you can't answer.
Probably time to admit it's all an act done for entertainment only, and time to let go of the lies.
